KFC Foundation Hardship Assistance Program
The KFC Foundation Hardship Assistance Program is available to employees at a KFC U.S. restaurant participating in the KFC Foundation's Annual Donation Program, who have faced a severe hardship, crisis or catastrophic incident that was beyond their control. While money can’t eliminate the sorrow, it can hopefully eliminate some of the added stress that often accompanies it.
Hardship Assistance Program resources are designated for crises such as fires, natural disasters, funeral or cremation cost, serious illnesses, personal injuries away from work, not at fault car accidents, victims of domestic violence, victims of a crime, and substance abuse treatment. The purpose of the program is to provide temporary, limited financial relief.
All current employees at participating KFC U.S restaurants are eligible for the Hardship Assistance Program, provided they complete an application, explaining how they've been financially impacted by a qualifying event and provide supporting documentation.
An application must be submitted within ninety (90) days of the qualifying hardship event to be considered. Only one application may be submitted for a qualifying event. You can only receive financial assistance from the Hardship Assistance Program once every 12 months. Be advised, your eligibility will be verified.
